What if the peace you're looking for is already here?
You don't need to dig up your past, push through resistance, or force yourself to feel
differently. The Sedona Method is a gentle, surprisingly direct path to releasing what's in the
way — and returning to the clarity, ease, and aliveness that was always underneath.
What Is the Sedona Method.
A technique that works with you, not against you
The Sedona Method was developed by Lester Levenson — a physicist who, facing a
terminal diagnosis, discovered that the root of most human suffering isn't our circumstances,
but our unconscious habit of holding onto emotions rather than letting them move through
us. What he found changed his life completely. That discovery was later refined by Hale
Dwoskin into a teachable process that has since helped thousands of people release
anxiety, grief, fear, and the invisible beliefs that keep us stuck. At its core, the method is
disarmingly simple: instead of analyzing an emotion, fighting it, or trying to think your way out
of it — you learn to welcome it, and then gently let it go. Not suppress it. Not perform
positivity. Actually release it, at the level where it lives. This is not therapy in the traditional
sense, though it goes deep. My style is a gently somatic, meditative inquiry — and
unlike approaches that require years of excavation, many people notice a real shift within a
single session.

"You don't have to relive the past to be free from it."

My Approach
A fellow traveler with clinical depth
I came to the Sedona Method through my own life, not just my training. I know what it's like to sit with something that feels impossible to move through — and to discover, almost by surprise, that it can release far more easily than the mind believes. That personal experience shapes everything about how I hold space for clients. I bring both warmth and the steadiness of a licensed clinician (LCSW). I'm not here to fix you — because you don't need fixing. I'm here to sit with you while you find your way back to what you already are. Drawing on nondual perspectives, our work together points toward the quiet truth that underneath the emotion, the story, and the struggle — you are already whole.

A Little Twist...
Sedona Method for Goals: Release the Resistance Between You and What You Want
You believe it's possible.
So why isn't it here yet?

Most goal-setting advice focuses on strategy, mindset, and action. And yet — you can know
exactly what you want, believe it's possible, and still feel like something invisible is holding you back. That invisible something isn't a lack of information. It's resistance. And resistance lives in the body, not the mind. This is where the Sedona Method becomes something remarkable for people who are actively working toward a goal, a vision, or a new version of their life. Through this somatic inquiry, resistance is met with grace, and gently let go of.
This makes space for what I call Welcoming. Welcoming, as I practice it, begins not by pushing through blocks — but by turning toward what you most deeply want, opening to it fully, and then gently releasing whatever arises in response: the fear, the doubt, the "but what if" the old story. Layer by layer, the charge dissolves. What remains is surprising — not forced optimism, but a quiet, natural movement
toward what you want, without the internal friction that was slowing everything down.
The Welcoming approach is particularly powerful if you....
Inside a Session with me...
We begin with what's present
No agenda-setting required. We start with whatever is alive for you right now — an emotion, a situation, a goal, a feeling you can't quite name.
We welcome it, fully
Rather than avoiding or analyzing, I guide you to turn toward what's here with openness. This alone often begins the release.
We release what's in the way
Using the Sedona Method process, we work with the emotion or resistance gently — not to fight it, but to let it dissolve.
Clarity and wholeness emerge
With the charge gone, something underneath becomes visible — a quieter knowing, a natural direction, a sense of your own okayness.
